Insurance and Billing FAQs

At Audiology & Hearing Centers, we believe in providing you with honest, transparent information about your care and costs—whether you have insurance or not.

Insurance Information

We accept a wide variety of insurance plans and have a dedicated team of insurance experts who will verify your benefits prior to your appointment.

This ensures you clearly understand your coverage and all available options at the time of your visit.

No Insurance? You Have the Right to a Good Faith Estimate

You can ask for a Good Faith Estimate at any time. You must receive one in writing at least 1 business day before your scheduled service.

If you receive a bill that is $400 or more than your estimate, you have the right to dispute the charges.

Note: Keep a copy of your estimate for your records.

For more information, visit cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.
