Kim Borrelli is a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist and has been helping patients hear better since 2012.

She excels at taking what seems difficult for patients and makes it easy; reconnecting them with their family, friends and community.

After enjoying a career as a Chief Learning Officer and traveling internationally as a speaker and Leadership Coach, she understands the importance of connection in human dynamics with our overall health and cognitive development and support.

She now enjoys the daily interaction with patients seeing their faces light up when they are reintroduced to the sounds and voices of loved ones. Kim is a military mom, aunt and sibling and is aware of specific tinnitus concerns and helps patients use sound therapy and their hearing devices to help mask internal head noise that can be debilitating. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family when she isn’t taking a walk in the woods, hiking or enjoying being on the water.

Nathaniel Czapnik is a Hearing Instrument Specialist (Apprentice) who is passionate about helping patients improve their hearing and quality of life. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Florida Gulf Coast University and began his hearing healthcare career while working at a local ENT practice, where he gained experience with hearing evaluations, hearing aid technology, and patient care.Â

Nathaniel is committed to providing personalized care and ensuring every patient feels heard, valued, and respected. He takes the time to understand each individual's concerns and goals, building genuine relationships that help create a comfortable and positive experience throughout their hearing journey.Â

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, following the NFL, and volunteering with Help A Diabetic Child, an organization that supports children and families affected by Type 1 Diabetes.Â
